Direct and coordinate all inbound & outbound shipments of goods and raw materials in a cost-effective and productive manner. Perform quarterly cycle count of all storage locations inside the warehouse.

Responsibilities → What You'll Do
- Check in drivers arriving at warehouse for unloading and loading, verify Bill of Ladings, required documentation and seal numbers.
- Assign unloading and loading tasks to forklift operators for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform reconciliation of received product against shipping documentation, escalate issues to procurement and warehouse management.
- Process outbound shipments using SAP to the proper destination and record documentation of shipments.
- Coordinate trailer movement into and out of dock doors with yard driver.
- Complete required traceability documentation for all batch managed inbound materials.
- Perform necessary filing of all paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Complete all receipts of indirect purchases in SAP and file paperwork accordingly.
- Adhere to & enforce all company policies regarding the shipping and receiving of materials.
- Adhere to & enforce all company policies regarding use of Personal Protective Equipment and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Collaborate with procurement and other warehouses in Marzetti network to fulfill material requests.
- Communicate with 3rd party dedicated carrier, vendors and other departments in Marzetti using Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Teams.
- Completes quarterly cycle counts at the direction of Warehouse Manager.
- Obtains certification for operation of Powered Industrial Truck equipment to assist in loading/unloading operations as may be required based on staffing.
- Provide direction to hourly employees in lieu of Supervisor as required.
- Perform any other duties/responsibilities as directed by Supervisor or Manager.

- Organizational skills, computer skills and basic math skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
Working Conditions/Environment
Works in a union warehouse environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, sit, stand, walk, climb, crouch, lift, reach, grasp and bend while moving about the facility. Work requires a combination of sitting and standing throughout an 8 – 9-hour shift. May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. The employee may be exposed to non-ambient temperatures, odors, dust, oil, and moving equipment.
