Activities Assistant – Full Time

Do you enjoy working with people, bringing energy to a room, and making someone’s day better?
Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a Full-Time Activities Assistant to help create fun, meaningful, and engaging experiences for our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Lead games, crafts, music, exercise, parties, and special events
- Encourage residents to participate and stay socially active
- Provide one-on-one visits and activities
- Help with decorations, celebrations, and resident outings
- Assist residents to and from activities
- Work with the Activities Director to keep programs fresh, fun, and engaging
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, energetic, and dependable
- Creative and comfortable working with groups
- Compassionate and patient with older adults
- Team player with good communication skills
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full-time with every other weekend required
