• Prepare specialty coffee drinks, smoothies, and other menu items
• Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests
• Accurately process member charges
• Keep the beverage area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities
• Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and cross-contamination procedures
• Work together with the Fitness Center team to create a positive member experience

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous barista, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Available for early morning shifts and weekends
