Observe and report violations to the immediate supervisor and take the appropriate actions.  TRAINER POSITION SUMMARY: Provide effective training and coaching to new Officers on all departmental and company policies and procedures. Ensure trainees obtain and retain the knowledge and training necessary to fulfill their job duties independently.  SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY: To provide leadership, ensure guest service standards are kept high, supervise the day-to-day operations of a shift, ensure the safety of guests, and keep management informed of any and all unusual incidents.  OFFICER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide guest service consistent with departmental standards.  Maintain a professional, friendly appearance and demeanor at all times and in all situations.  Able to follow the directions of Security Supervisors, Lead Supervisors, Manager, and Director in a timely and professional manner  Able to maintain calm in stressful situations and document in a concise, accurate, and chronological order a report regarding the events of that situation  Ensure that gaming rules, Casino policies and procedures, internal controls, and MICS are followed and document any violations.  Other work-related duties as assigned Alignment with and demonstration of the organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, and Commitments is an essential function and expectation of this position. TRAINER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide ongoing training to Officers on the department's daily shift duties and functions as needed.  Provide one-on-one training with new Officers and ensure all departmental and company policies and procedures are performed as required.  Keep abreast of policy or procedural changes and ensure all training performed is up-to-date with all departmental standards.  Provide frequent progress reports on trainees to Supervisors.  Performs other duties as assigned Alignment with and demonstration of the organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, and Commitments is an essential function and expectation of this position.  SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervises and documents the daily shift functions of the department,  Keep Officers abreast of policy or procedural changes,  Ensure that shifts have adequate staffing and that management is notified in a timely manner of staffing shortages,  Complete complex investigations and document them in a timely, accurate, and complete report,  Ensure the safety of all guests in the resort,  Performs other duties as assigned Alignment with and demonstration of the organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, and Commitments is an essential function and expectation of this position.
