WE’RE HIRING: SR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Can you lead the build, manage the budget, hold the schedule, and still deliver an exceptional customer experience?
If you're a construction leader who knows that building a great home takes more than managing a job site, we want to talk to you.
We’re looking for a Construction Production Leader to lead our Superintendents, trade partners, and production efforts across our markets. This role is for someone who can see the big picture while still paying attention to the details that make or break a home, a budget, a schedule, and a customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Budget Performance
Keep homes on or under budget. Monitor VPOs, identify issues early, negotiate pricing, and hold Superintendents and trade partners accountable for smart decisions in the field.
Schedule & Production
Keep homes moving and closings on track. Ensure schedules are being properly managed, milestones are met, and homes are delivered on or ahead of budgeted production days.
Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Inspect homes throughout the construction process, build strong relationships with customers, proactively communicate progress, and solve problems before they become problems.
Trade Partner Management
Coach, challenge, and hold trade partners accountable to our standards. Work closely with Purchasing to ensure we have the right partners, the right capacity, and the right people on every job.
?? Process Improvement
Follow proven processes—but don't be afraid to challenge them. We want someone who can identify inefficiencies, recommend better solutions, and help us continuously improve.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You might be the perfect fit if you:
? Know how to lead people and hold teams accountable
? Understand residential construction from the ground up
? Can manage budgets, schedules, quality, and customer expectations simultaneously
? Aren’t afraid to have difficult conversations when standards aren’t being met
? Believe trade relationships and accountability can coexist
? Solve problems creatively instead of simply passing them along
? Take ownership and don't wait for someone else to fix the issue
? Understand that every day and every dollar matters
THIS ISN’T A DESK JOB
You’ll be in the field, on job sites, working with Superintendents, trade partners, customers, and internal teams to make sure we deliver what we promise:
High-quality homes. On schedule. On budget. With an experience our customers will remember.
If you're ready to lead, coach, challenge, problem-solve, and raise the bar for residential construction production…
We want you on our team.
Apply today and help us build something better.
