Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetic Nurse / Nurse Injector to join our Houston team. The ideal candidate is experienced in aesthetic procedures, has a strong eye for detail, and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality treatments while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assess needs, and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols, safety standards, and state regulations
- Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques and products
- Collaborate with the medical and front desk teams to provide an exceptional client experience
- Support clinic goals, including client retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN or NP license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic injections (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with laser treatments and other non-invasive procedures
- Certification in cosmetic injectables
- Sales experience in a medical or aesthetic setting
