Location: Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry; www.aldenbridgepediatricdentistry.com

Job Type: Full-Time  (Mon – Thurs 7:45-5:00) (Fridays 10-3 and some flex time is available too.)

Scheduled Bonus paid for a current pediatric dental front desk.

Please only apply if you have the minimum qualifications below (the fine print):

 

  1. Front desk dental experience in the past 2 years is required and Pedo experience is preferred.
  1. Live within a 30-minute drive to the office.
  2. Be able to arrive by 7:45 and stay until 5 and 10-3 on most Fridays.  We do offer some Friday flexibility.
  1. Not planning on moving soon.
  2. Be presentable and professional at the front desk. 
  3. Highest level of integrity.
  4. Be super sweet to our patients and parents. 
  5. And have fun at work!!

 

 We follow the Disney Uniform Policy: professional attire, no excessive visible tattoos, no smelling of smoke, no facial piercings.


Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

✨ Greet Patients. Dental Codes, billing, word processing, treatment planning.

✨ Patient scheduling, registration, and insurance processing with a smile!  

✨ Support the dental team by coordinating communication and workflow.  

✨  Follow and help improve office policies and procedures that enhance patient care.  

✨ Assist in billing, and financial reporting.  

✨ Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience.  

✨ Help with community outreach programs and events to promote oral health awareness.


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in dental office.   

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.  

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.  

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.  

A passion for pediatric dentistry and creating a positive environment for children.
