Compensation Options

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

  • SLPA: $46,000–$52,000 annually
  • SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
  • Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

  • SLPA: $30–$44/hour
  • SLP: $50–$76/hour
    (Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional):

  • SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour
  • SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

Schedule Designed for Balance

  • Start as a contractor, or part-time 20-29 hours/week, or Fulltime 30-40 hours
  • Preferred schedule: 4-day work week Monday-Thursday
