Skills and Experience Needed:
- Safely load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled with care
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move and organize inventory
- Inspect incoming shipments and promptly report any damage or discrepancies
- Prepare and package products securely for delivery
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating smoothly
- Perform quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition
- Assist with deliveries and product assembly at residential construction sites as needed
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructionsÂ
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as needed
- Background check and drug screening are required
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- A genuine understanding of what it means to deliver outstanding customer service
