Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics: Use advanced software to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system faults.

  • Repairs: Rebuild, repair, and replace components including diesel engines, transmissions, and air brakes.

  • Maintenance: Perform preventative service checks, oil changes, tune-ups, and wheel alignments.

  • Compliance: Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with federal and state safety regulations.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date service logs and parts inventory records. 

Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or vocational training in diesel technology.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience working on heavy-duty commercial trucks.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of diesel engines, air brake systems, and electronic diagnostics.

  • Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50lbs and work comfortably in tight spaces or on your feet.

  • Certifications: A valid driver's license (CDL is a major plus); ASE certifications are highly preferred.
