Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Repair or replace truck components Repair fiberglass and plastic parts Repair or replace cabs Adjust hoods and doors Replace mechanical components such as cooling, suspension or steering parts Weld steel, aluminum and plastic parts Locate and repair water and air leaks Work independently QualificationsQualifications:  MIN 5 years of experience in heavy and medium truck repair along with  exceptional mechanical, analytical and reasoning skills Good knowledge of suspension & mechanical operations Experience with body repair, paint, fiberglass repair, paint mixing Key Attributes/Skills/Characteristics: Honest Dependable and organized Resourceful Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Preferred Qualifications: Trade school certification in automotive or truck body repair (Not Required) Additional Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
