How You Contribute to The Team


The Systems Administrator will maintain the technology systems, networks, and devices employees rely on daily, safeguarding data and resolving hardware/software issues promptly.

  • Perform and facilitate technology implementation, maintenance and upgrade efforts while working collaboratively with management, external vendors and other advisors. 
  • Procure and maintain an inventory of all relevant PC, phone, and other hardware, and installed software while managing software licensing. 
  • Assist with software upgrades and installations. 
  • Patch, monitor, and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Perform all critical data backups and ensure data security.
  • Oversee security policies and procedures, including passwords, firewalls, malware prevention, intrusion detection and disaster recovery.
  • Install, configure and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, software, printers, telephone system and copy machines.
  • Provide timely desktop support for all users across all software and hardware.
  • Document, log, and track calls in the problem management database, maintaining history records and related documentation.
  • Proactively anticipate and understand business and internal customer technology needs. 
  • Recommend fundamental changes to system configurations to prevent recurrences.
  • Provide employee onboarding training and support.
  • Write or revise user training manuals and procedures. Conduct user training as requested.

 

What You Need to Succeed

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline in Computer Science or MIS.
  • 5 years experience in IT related discipline or 3 years experience and a two year college degree/certificate in an IT-related discipline in Computer Science or System Administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience with ERP systems. 

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with 365, Active Directory, Epicor, Azure, Power Automate, MESH, Sharepoint
  • Experience with Manufacturing hardware/software, including PLCs, HMIs, label printers, barcode scanners.

  

Team members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay range is $33.00 to $40.00 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location. Our competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, short-term/long-term disability insurance plans, 401(k) with employer match, tuition assistance, paid time off and paid holidays.
