Supercuts of South Miami needs an experienced and ambitious Salon Manager to lead our stylists in apositive and energetic work environment, and to ensure the success of our teamand the salon. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Manage our team of licensedstylists
- Contribute to the team byperforming salon services
- Lead employees to success byproviding leadership
- Market the salon and buildclientele
- Recruit and train stylists
- Encourage customer retention andcultivate new business
- Create a work environment thatencourages employee growth and success
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Three+ years of salon managementexperience
- Five years of salon experience(prior Supercuts experience is a plus)
- Ability to be flexible withschedule and to work some nights and weekends
- Team player with a positive,upbeat attitude
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- FL cosmetology license
- Valid DL and reliabletransportation
