Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Lancaster, PA 17601This HR Generalist position is available for an experienced applicant who enjoys working in a warehouse environment. This role is involved in all aspects of providing outstanding customer service to employees and temporary associates for the Lancaster/Corporate facility. Office Manager type duties are also included in this role.   HR Generalist Job Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, leave administration, and offboarding. Responds to inquiries from employees and Managers/Supervisors regarding regulations, policies, and procedures. Meets with employees with regards to FMLA and Short-Term Disability and maintains appropriate documentation and confidentiality. Provides advice to Managers/Supervisors with regards to compliance of Federal, State and/or local regulations along with implementation of Jay Group policies. Handle Worker's Compensation claims with documentation and investigations as required. Serve on the Employee Engagement Committee; planning and implementing monthly activities. Partner with Temporary Staffing Agency to ensure business needs are met while fostering an inclusive environment. Serve on the Safety Committee. Work closely with the corporate HR Manager on HR initiatives and other projects. Provides support to the facility Site Director to ensure the success of the facility. QualificationsQualifications: Professional, detail oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient with MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience with an HRIS/Payroll system is preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the HR Field. Ability to multi-task and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. Excel in providing great customer service. Ability to communicate in Spanish is required.
