In this customer-focused role, you’ll build strong relationships with families and providers by delivering exceptional service while guiding them through eligibility requirements and program processes in the Coastal Bend Area. You will travel to the four area offices weekly. You’ll carefully review documentation, perform income calculations to determine cost-share, and ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently into systems like TX3C and FACS. With a strong attention to detail, you’ll maintain organized, compliant records and document all interactions, while proactively resolving customer and provider concerns to ensure a positive experience.
