What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at TruePT, you will:
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and needs
- Diagnose movement and functional impairments and determine appropriate interventions
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and strategies for continued recovery
- Establish measurable goals and appropriate timelines for discharge
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow as a clinician.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Ability or willingness to develop skills in vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk rehabilitation
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- A commitment to patient-centered care
- A willingness to learn and pursue continuing education
- A passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
