What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist at TruePT, you will:

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and needs
• Diagnose movement and functional impairments and determine appropriate interventions
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and strategies for continued recovery
• Establish measurable goals and appropriate timelines for discharge
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow as a clinician.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
• Ability or willingness to develop skills in vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• A commitment to patient-centered care
• A willingness to learn and pursue continuing education
• A passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
