Starting Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 / hour + Opportunities for Raises Every 6 Months with plenty of room for growth!
Looking to transition your experience with children into a stable, long-term healthcare career? You don’t need a specialized behavioral health background to launch a clinical path at Galliant. Whether you come from daycare teaching, preschools, babysitting, nannying, caregiving, or healthcare support—your patience, energy, and heart for helping kids are exactly what make a great Behavior Technician!
Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!
Why Join the Galliant Team?
100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national BACB exam within your first 8 weeks.
100% Center-Based (Zero In-Home Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your personal vehicle and driving between client homes. You report to one consistent, collaborative clinic facility every day.
Predictable Daytime Schedule: Say goodbye to graveyard facility shifts or irregular weekend hours! Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and wrap up your day early (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
Semi-Annual Pay Raises: Competitive starting rates ($17.00 – $18.50/hr) backed by structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your income.
BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.
Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and disability coverage.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
What We’re Looking For
Backgrounds: Experience in daycare facilities, preschools, nannying, babysitting, caregiving, or healthcare support is a great plus (welcomed, but not required!).
Education: High school diploma, Associate degree, or higher (great fit for childcare pros or recent grads looking for a clinical jump).
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.
