Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to lead our U.S.Â
supply chain, logistics, and sales administrative operations. This hybrid operational roleÂ
manages the full lifecycle of product movement—from import/export compliance and 3PLÂ
warehouse management to sales order processing, customer account support, andÂ
revenue-related administration.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in both international/domestic logisticsÂ
and commercial sales support within the U.S. market. Serving as a crucial bridge betweenÂ
internal sales teams, external partners, 3PL providers, and Korea Global HQ, you willÂ
ensure operational excellence, accurate inventory flow, and seamless sales execution.
Job Description
1. Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
• 3PL & Warehouse Management: Oversee day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations,Â
including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and regularÂ
stock reconciliations.
• Import / Export & Customs Clearance: Coordinate international shipmentsÂ
(Air/Ocean) with freight forwarders and customs brokers; manage required tradeÂ
documentation (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, FDA entry records).
• Freight & Carrier Operations: Negotiate and manage relationships withÂ
domestic/international carriers, optimize shipping routes, track deliveries, andÂ
resolve transit delays or shipment claims.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze logistics performance, monitor freight costs,Â
and implement process improvements to enhance shipping speed, accuracy, andÂ
cost-efficiency.
2. Sales Administration & Commercial Support
• Order Management & Processing: Manage end-to-end sales order entry, invoicing,Â
fulfillment tracking, and proof of delivery (POD) across DTC, wholesale, and retailÂ
channels.
• Account & Customer Admin Support: Support account setup, vendor onboarding,Â
key customer inquiries, return requests (RMA), and sales document maintenance.
• Sales Data & ERP Operations: Maintain accurate master data, enter salesÂ
contracts/orders into ERP systems, and generate regular sales performance andÂ
inventory status reports.
• Cross-Functional & HQ Coordination: Collaborate closely with U.S. Sales/MarketingÂ
teams and Korea Global HQ to align demand forecasting, product availability, andÂ
order priority schedules.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, businessÂ
administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience handling both logistics operations and salesÂ
administration/support; experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics,Â
healthcare, or CPG is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required for communication withÂ
Korea HQ and U.S.-based partners.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, warehouse coordination, inventoryÂ
management, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Familiarity with import/export processes, freight forwarding, customsÂ
documentation, and international shipping.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manageÂ
multiple orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously
