We are seeking an experienced Concrete Printing Pilot Foreman to direct field crews, manage site operations, and oversee complex, automated 3D concrete-printing projects.

Position Summary
The Concrete Printing Pilot Foreman is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, site preparation, conventional construction activities, and concrete-printing operations to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and established schedules.

The Foreman will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, equipment operators, concrete specialists, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Leadership & Crew Management: Direct daily field construction activities, manage crew schedules, coordinate multiple trades/subcontractors, and mentor team members in both traditional construction and 3DCP methods.
  • Site & System Setup: Oversee job-site prep, foundation readiness, and layout. Direct the deployment, positioning, calibration, and operation of 3D printers and batch plant equipment alongside engineering teams.
  • Operations & Execution: Coordinate traditional construction tasks with 3D concrete-printing steps to hit target schedules. Inspect work for dimensional accuracy, structural standards, and post-print finishing requirements.
  • Safety & Reporting: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, lead daily safety talks, and maintain accurate records for labor, materials, equipment, and production progress.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 4+ years as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead overseeing field crews of 3+ personnel.
  • Technical & Concrete Background: 5+ years in construction/skilled trades, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale additive manufacturing/3D printing, heavy equipment, advanced automation, or robotics.
  • Equipment Proficiency: Strong operational knowledge of construction equipment, concrete pumps, batch plants, and machinery maintenance.
  • Travel & Credentials: Must hold a valid Driver's License and a valid Passport for domestic and international deployments.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Paid Training: 8-week paid training program based in Tooele, UT at $25.00/hr starting rate (begins within 2 weeks of hire).
  • Post-Certification Rate: $40.00/hr base rate upon certification.
  • Travel Perks & Pay: 20% hourly rate premium during travel assignments, plus production bonus opportunities.
  • Travel Coverage: Lodging, 3 meals per day, and round-trip flights home during standard 7-week on-site rotation schedules.
  • Health Benefits: 50% employer-paid healthcare coverage after 89 days of employment.
