Position Overview
Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training. Advancement to other positions is possible when availability allows.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the Zurik product
- Recover Cu/Brass, circuit boards, and ICW
- Remove any other contaminants
- Keeps picking areas clean and orderly
- Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production
- Assists with maintenance activities as needed
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in metals or industrial operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
