Job DetailsJob Location: Children Square Campus - Council Bluffs, IA 51503Crisis Youth Care Specialist            Starting Pay: $20.00 / Hour  Shifts: Day Shift 6 AM - 2 PM, Mid Shift 2 PM - 10 PM, Overnight 10 PM - 6 AM, and Sub Positions (Based on Organizational Need)           About CSI Our story begins in Omaha in 1892, when, due to epidemics, poverty and the difficulties of pioneer life, many children were left in need of parental care. We’re on a mission to champion what’s best for each child and family.     As a Crisis Youth Care Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include Supervising and Implementing behavior management techniques and de-escalation by providing direct support, mentorship and supervision to the youth in the short-term Crisis Stabilization program.
