About the Role:
Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursing professional to join our growing team in Olympia Fields, IL. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Document patient health information, progress notes, and care plans accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in clinical condition
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois (in good standing)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or equivalent)
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and infection control
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
