Position Summary

Looking to gain valuable professional experience while becoming more involved in the Thomas More University community? The Office of Institutional Advancement is seeking motivated, dependable, and outgoing students to serve as Presidential Ambassadors.

Presidential Ambassadors support the University’s alumni engagement, fundraising, donor stewardship, events, and Advancement operations while serving as student representatives of Thomas More. This is a hands-on role that offers a mix of office projects, alumni and donor interaction, event support, outreach, and behind-the-scenes work that helps strengthen relationships between the University and its community.

No two days are exactly the same. Presidential Ambassadors may help welcome alumni at a major University event one day and work on a mailing, make alumni phone calls, organize event materials, or assist with a special project the next.

This position is ideal for students who are dependable, personable, organized, willing to take initiative, and interested in gaining real-world professional experience while making meaningful connections across the Thomas More community.
