About this Role
Want to learn a trade with your hands instead of sitting through another semester of lectures? Potelco's Repair Center in Fredrickson, WA is looking for an entry-level Repair Technician. No experience required, just curiosity, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll get hands-on, on-the-job training across four disciplines that most people spend years picking up: small gas engines, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, and live line tool refurbishment.

The pay for this role ranges from $27 - $30 per hour. Depending on Experience
What You'll Do
- Inspecting, repairing, refurbishing, and testing an assortment of live line tools.
- Repairing 2- and 4-stroke small gas engines.
- Repairing pneumatic tools.
- Repairing corded and cordless electric tools.
- Repairing smaller hydraulic rams, cylinders, and pumps.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude: hobbyist, shop class, or on-your-own tinkering all count
• Willingness to learn new systems and follow structured repair processes, including work order/repair tracking software
• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity Employer
