Our team treats a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, empowering patients to get back to sports, work, daily life, and the things they love.

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a part-time role averaging 8 to 12 hours per week. Treatment hours extend until 6:00 PM, with the final patient scheduled one hour before the end of the day to allow for documentation and wrap-up.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence

Our outpatient center offers a diverse caseload, including:
- ACL Program
- Amputees
- Dry Needling
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
- General Orthopedics
- Industrial
- NeuroÂ
- Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs)
- Sports Medicine

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited schoolÂ
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
