Volunteers will assist in reception and runner roles by providing wayfinding assistance, responding to non-clinical requests, delivering items throughout the hospital, and supporting staff with basic operational tasks. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors Provide directions and wayfinding assistance Deliver non-medical items throughout the facility Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Schedule Monday – Friday Flexible scheduling based on availability Volunteers serve in a non-clinical capacity and are not permitted to provide patient care or perform clinical duties.
