Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing operations ideally within entertainment, media, or creative agencies. Proven expertise in post-production across video, social, digital, paid, and international formats, with a strong understanding of how creative and marketing decisions impact workflow and timelines. Advanced proficiency with workflow tools such as Airtable, Excel (or similar platforms), with the ability to design systems that increase visibility and efficiency. Proven success leading high-profile campaigns, managing large budgets and tight timelines in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Demonstrated ability to manage asset lifecycles, from creative development through delivery, while driving clarity and accountability at scale.
