Description
We’re looking for a Training Lead to join our Apple Finance team. You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering training tracks for Finance initiatives. Your goal is to create clear, meaningful, and long-lasting learning experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Apple Finance training, ensuring deliverables meet the required standards. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that learning solutions are timely, accurate, and impactful.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of instructional design experience. 2+ years in a training lead or senior designer capacity. BS/BA in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms, with hands-on experience publishing and managing course content end-to-end. Experience in The Grove LMS administration and training coordination. Demonstrated ability to develop diverse learning formats. Strong command of Bloom's Taxonomy and adult learning principles, including ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent frameworks. Strong visual design sensibility for creating polished, professional job aids and infographics. Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify complex, technical content for a non-technical audience. Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or Operations training programs. Familiarity with finance systems, workflows, and compliance training requirements. Experience with authoring and video tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Camtasia.
