Property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor as part of our growing operations within some of our properties in Texas. As the Maintenance Supervisor:
- You will manage execution of maintenance and repair needs for existing property
- You will supervise our team of maintenance technicians
- You will need to be able to understand/execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.
- You will be play a key role on the team as well as interface with leadership
This Position Requires:
- Ability to become proficient in understanding of our properties
- Proven success in technical service/customer service management
- Proven success in asset management
- Proven success in customer relationship management
- Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such.
- Oversee field maintenance technicians.
- Pool maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferably a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience
- 5 years service minimum supervisory/management experience
- Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred
- Candidates must complete background screening process, including a clean driving record.
