Job Description
We are seeking Project Manager to lead, oversee, and manage multiple projects for our clients within the Financial and Professional Services Sector. The ideal candidate will have interior workplace experience within a campus environment and have a great attitude with the ability and skills to take control of situations diplomatically.
This is a hybrid role that will require the ability to report to the office in Dallas, TX a minimum of three days per week.Â
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What you’ll do
Â
- Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
- Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; complete bid analysis; recommend resources to clients.
- Leads project delivery resources/team providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
- Track the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
- Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
- Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc.). May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees.
- Manage 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training. Prior experience working with Financial and Professional services clients, high-end interior projects, retail bank projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
- Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast paced environments is helpful.
- Previous Project Management experience with commercial renovation projects is a plus. General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.Â
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project and other MS software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
- Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
