Job DetailsJob Location: Letco Group Support Center - Dallas,,, TX 75220Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $66,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayJob Category: Admin - ClericalThe Strategic Partnerships Coordinator supports the Director of Strategic Partnerships by coordinating municipal contract compliance reporting, preparing customer quotes and invoices, and maintaining organized records that support efficient operations. This position also supports key retail and strategic partner relationships, including Lowe’s vendor processes, and works closely with finance, sales, operations, and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Track, collect, and submit required compliance documentation for municipal contracts and related audits. Monitor deadlines, audit notices, and online portals such as MWDBE and GoB2G to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for municipal customers, including school districts, based on contract terms, pricing, and customer requirements. Create and maintain supporting records for quotes, invoices, subcontractor reporting, debit memos, credit memos, and audit documentation. Support key retail partner workflows by managing purchase order distribution and building proficiency in Lowe’s systems, including DiCentral and Vendor Gateway. Coordinate with finance, sales, operations, and dispatch, including use of Microsoft Teams channels and delivery schedules, to support order execution and customer service. Maintain organized customer files, contract records, templates, compliance logs, and prior audit materials to ensure consistency and accuracy. Communicate professionally with municipal contacts, school district procurement staff, retail partners, and internal departments across supported markets. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities •    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. •    Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through. •    Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and respond quickly to reporting and customer needs. •    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Licenses / Certifications •    Valid driver’s license for occasional travel between locations, meetings, or partner visits. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Requirements •    Regular sitting, standing, walking, computer use, and telephone use throughout the workday. •    Occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of files, supplies, or materials, generally up to 20 pounds. •    Ability to travel occasionally to Living Earth locations, customer meetings, training sessions, or partner sites as needed. Work Environment •    Primarily an office-based role with frequent interaction by email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and other business systems. •    Occasional exposure to outdoor yard, site, or customer environments with varying weather, dust, and noise conditions during visits.
