We’re looking for a driven, competitive Territory Sales Executive who thrives on uncovering opportunities, winning new customers and closing deals. We’re seeking someone energized by prospecting, building relationships from the ground up and creating growth within an assigned territory. You'll take ownership of a defined regional market, developing new business opportunities while expanding a smaller portfolio of existing accounts. Success in this role requires persistence, strong business acumen, and a relentless focus on generating revenue.

The Territory Sales Executive will work directly with Family Entertainment Center (FEC) owners and operators, helping them improve performance through equipment, parts, service, and long-term partnership. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 Years of Family Entertainment Center experience.

Location: Remote (seeking candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston or Austin TX areas)

Travel: Heavy travel during training period. Ability to travel up to 35% of the time after training period. Primarily regional within territory (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and New Mexico); occasional national trade shows.

What You’ll Do

As the Territory Sales Executive, you will own the growth strategy and revenue performance for your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Territory Development

  • Prospect and generate new customer relationships
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline within assigned territory
  • Develop territory penetration plans and execute against growth targets 
  • Generate new revenue through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Conduct in-person customer visits to uncover opportunities and advance deals 
  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects

Account Management

  • Expand revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer goals and challenges
  • Identify new ways to create value and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Become a trusted business advisor to owners and operators

Sales Execution & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Operate within defined KPIs and performance expectations
  • Collaborate with internal experts to build appropriate solutions
  • Participate in regional visits and national trade shows

This is an individual contributor role. You'll have the support of a strong internal team, but your success will be driven by your ability to create opportunities and close business.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 Years of Family Entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a solutions-based sales role
  • Proven success in business development, territory sales, or consultative B2B sales 
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, generating opportunities, and closing new business 
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning and exceeding goals
  • Strong discovery and listening skills
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote territory environment
  • Disciplined CRM usage and respect for process and KPIs
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Formal Sales training a plus
