ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Responsible for managing book of business (number of accounts depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator

•       Responsible for creation of client deliverables, as well as written recommendations

•       Adheres to established peer review requirements, remaining open to constructive feedback as part of continued growth

•       Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision

•       Supports new practice initiatives

•       Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)

•       Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients

•       Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals

•       First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager

•       Obtain/maintain license



QUALIFICATIONS

•       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent

•       3-5 years of client services experience is required

•       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

•       Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required

•       Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience within brokerage industry

•       Understands industry trends and governmental regulations

•       Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed

•       Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions

•       Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines

•       Legally able to work in the United States
