Outside Service Golf Attendant

Job Type: Full-time/Part Time

Bent Tree Country Club | North Dallas 

General Purpose:

Attendants will help deliver a first-class golf experience by greeting members and their guests to ensure their experience is memorable. 

Additionally, Attendants will also assist with bag storage, maintenance of the practice areas, and resetting the practice amenities throughout the day.

• Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times to Club members and their guests.
• Thoroughly clean and wash, and sanitize golf carts, and stage them for play.
• Assist in managing the daily flow of traffic around the cart staging area and bag room.
• Maintain practice areas and keep them looking presentable throughout the day.
• Detail golf carts regularly as directed.
• Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and materials properly.
• Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Department Supervisor.
• Express a positive member-first attitude.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. or two years’ experience in a similar customer service environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected.
• Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards and attention to detail.
• Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp, and use arm-hand coordination consistently.
• Have the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays, mornings and evenings as business demands.
• Must be able to work outside for extended periods throughout the day.
