Compensation

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • Monday–Friday: $30–$38/hour + Weekly Performance Bonuses (DOE)
  • Tuesday–Saturday: $32–$40/hour + Weekly Performance Bonuses (DOE) (Higher-Paying Shift)

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clearly explain system performance, repair recommendations, and maintenance options to homeowners
  • Test piping, tubing, joints, and connections for leaks using appropriate diagnostic methods
  • Test electrical circuits and components using electrical diagnostic equipment
  • Verify repairs by testing equipment and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and confidence with every homeowner

  • Consistently exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Maintain 15% or greater sold-hours efficiency
  • Achieve a 45% or higher conversion rate
  • Deliver quality workmanship with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high overall performance through professionalism, technical excellence, and reliability

Requirements

Qualifications

  • EPA Certification (Required)
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License preferred (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner
  • Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
