The Table Games Supervisor oversees the operation of one or more table games during an assigned shift, with a strong emphasis on exceptional guest service. This role ensures game integrity, protects departmental assets, and supports team member motivation through positive recognition and corrective coaching. The Supervisor models professional conduct, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters a welcoming, service‑driven environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Displays a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures in the assigned area. 

  • Verifies fill slips, credit slips, and markers for games under supervision. 

  • Settles guest disputes, escalating issues to management when appropriate. 

  • Engages guests to enhance their experience and models interactive service behaviors. 

  • Remains alert to unusual or questionable activities involving guests or team members and reports concerns immediately. 

  • Rates guests and promotes Total Rewards cards for new and existing patrons. 

  • Maintains knowledge of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming regulatory requirements. 

  • Accurately maintains table game inventories and player win/loss records. 

  • Opens and closes games; changes cards and dice as required. 

  • Intervenes in guest or employee conflicts and supports service recovery efforts. 

  • Coaches, counsels, and guides team members to ensure proper performance of duties. 

  • Champions all Family‑Style Service Programs and Service Standards. 

  • Prepares and coordinates periodic performance reviews for assigned personnel. 

  • Enforces all company policies and procedures. 

  • Informs management of potential safety issues. 

  • Maintains key security. 

  • Completes all required property initiatives, including Spotlights, Service Standards, and Game Knowledge requirements. 

  • Attends all mandatory company and departmental meetings. 

  • Provides leadership and direction to dealers and pit staff throughout the shift. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Two to five years of casino experience required, preferably in pit operations. 

  • Knowledge of multiple games preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations, and procedures related to pit operations. 

  • Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. 

  • Ability to work any day and any shift. 

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

  • Must present a well‑groomed, professional appearance. 

Wage: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Ability to stand for long periods. 

  • Ability to continuously maneuver around the Table Games Pit area for the duration of the shift. 

  • Ability to respond calmly and professionally in a fast‑paced environment. 

  • Ability to memorize game rules and procedures. 

  • Ability to quickly and accurately perform mathematical calculations. 

  • Ability to accurately balance chip banks at the beginning and end of shift. 

  • Excellent vision, including peripheral vision, to protect game integrity. 

  • Ability to read, verify, and sign documents in a confined workspace. 

  • Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust. 

  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items. 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
