What You'll Do
- Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized therapy treatment plans.
- Deliver physical therapy services that promote strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
- Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, safety practices, and mobility techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support positive clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license required.
- Strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for helping others reach their highest potential.
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is welcomed but not required.
