What's in it for you:
Join Trane Technologies as a Manager, Digital Product Experience, where you will help shape and elevate digital experiences across products and business units. As part of Magenta, our Digital Experience Center of Excellence, you will bring a product-oriented perspective to how digital work is defined, aligned, and prepared before it enters design and development.


In this highly collaborative, cross-functional role, you will work closely with Product Management, UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and Project Management to improve intake quality, clarify priorities, identify dependencies, and strengthen readiness. This position offers the opportunity to influence digital experiences at a portfolio level, drive stronger alignment across teams, and help create more consistent, customer-centered outcomes across the business.

 

What you will do:

  • Shape digital experience initiatives across products and business units through a product and customer-focused lens
  • Improve intake, prioritization, and readiness before work enters design and development
  • Identify overlaps, gaps, dependencies, and shared opportunities across teams, platforms, and business areas
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and Project Management to clarify work and align priorities
  • Influence roadmap discussions by connecting product decisions to broader customer and experience implications
  • Help determine when shared patterns, standards, or centralized support are needed to create more consistent digital experiences
  • Surface risks, sequencing issues, and cross-team dependencies early to support stronger planning and execution
  • Strengthen coordination across product and experience teams to improve how work is shaped before delivery begins

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, design, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–7 years of experience working across digital product, user experience, and engineering in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to clarify needs, align stakeholders, and shape work before delivery
  • Experience influencing prioritization, roadmap discussions, or portfolio planning across multiple teams, products, or business areas
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to connect strategic priorities to practical execution planning
  • Comfort working in complex, fast-moving, and matrixed environments

$117,673.33 - $164,675.00
