Position Overview – Veterinary Receptionist:
As a Hospital Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and loving environment for our furry patients while providing caring and friendly customer service to our hospital clients.
Key Responsibilities for a Receptionist:
- Â Provide excellent, friendly, and caring customer serviceÂ
- Â Have experience in an animal hospital (preferred)Â
- Â Experience with AVIMARK software is a plusÂ
- Â Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform data entryÂ
- Â Handle end-of-day transactions and call clients back as neededÂ
- Â Send appointment reminders and update patient chartsÂ
- Â Process payments (credit cards, posting, recording payments)Â
- Â Keep reception area clean at all timesÂ
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Â Proof of at least 3 years' experience is required for this position
- Â Must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Â Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animalsÂ
