About the Role

Principles Recovery Center is seeking an Outreach Representative to expand our referral network and connect adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions with appropriate care. You will build trusted relationships with hospitals, detox programs, treatment providers, therapists, and community partners throughout South Florida.

Professional experience in substance use treatment is required. Admissions experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with substance use treatment providers and referral partners across South Florida
• Visit hospitals, detox facilities, residential programs, outpatient providers, therapists, and community organizations
• Educate partners on PRC’s adult PHP and IOP services, clinical programming, and admissions process
• Identify appropriate referral opportunities for adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Collaborate with Admissions to support responsive communication and smooth transitions into care
• Represent PRC at professional events, provider meetings, health fairs, and community networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate, same-day CRM documentation for all contacts and outreach activity
• Develop monthly territory plans and contribute to quarterly outreach and growth strategies
• Monitor referral trends, community needs, and developments within the South Florida treatment landscape

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Professional experience within substance use treatment or recovery services
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, follow through, and maintain professional referral relationships
• Understanding of the needs of adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Ability to communicate credibly with clinical providers and explain treatment services clearly
• Strong organization and time-management skills within an autonomous, field-based role
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass Level 2 background screening

Preferred

• Experience in behavioral health admissions, outreach, business development, or referral coordination
• Established relationships within the South Florida behavioral health community
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
