Car Porter / Lot Tech

Evans Dealer Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter / Lot Technician to join our team at BMW of Dayton and Evans Volkswagen.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize customer and dealership vehicles
• Maintain an organized and professional service drive and parking areas
• Wash and prepare customer vehicles for delivery when needed
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement
• Pick up and deliver vehicles or parts as needed
• Help keep the dealership grounds and service areas clean
• Perform basic lot and vehicle inventory checks
• Assist with snow removal and lot maintenance when necessary
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to our customers
• Complete other dealership support duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual

• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to work independently and stay productive
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required
