Candidates must have a diploma from an LPN program, a valid Ohio LPN license, current AHA BLS certification, and be certified to administer medications, with IV certification preferred.
No prior job-related experience is required for this role, which offers a competitive salary of $50,000 per year.

The Licensed Practical Nurse administers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contributes to the implementation of patient care. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The LPN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/ indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others.

Education: LPN Diploma Program required
Licensure/Certification/Registration1:
 Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
 Current AHA BLS certification
 Certified to administer medications
 Preferred: IV Certification
Experience: No prior job-related work experience required
Knowledge/Skills:
 Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
 Basic computer knowledge
 Strong organization skills
 Effective interpersonal and communication skills
