What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads and help develop new business opportunities.
Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and service needs.
Provide a high level of customer service and support throughout the customer relationship.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty license preferred, but can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate.
Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Positive team player with a genuine desire to help people.
