Wood Crate/Pallet Assembler - PLC - De Pere, WI

This position is located at our facility in De Pere, WI. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, overtime if needed.

As a team member in our Pack, Load, Crate department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all finished products are properly packed for shipping. As the work varies from day-to-day, our most successful crate builders have a professional work ethic and comfort adapting to change.

Duties & Expectations:

• Responsible for cutting wood, building custom crates, banding skids, shrink wrapping, and labeling finished projects for shipment.
• Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Carpentry skills including pneumatic tools.
