The 2nd Shift Machine Operator position involves operating and troubleshooting zinc die cast machines, making machine adjustments, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have mechanical ability, and be able to lift 40 lbs regularly, along with possessing excellent people skills and attention to detail.
The position requires a commitment to excellent attendance and the ability to work well under minimal supervision, with mandatory overtime as needed.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have prior experience in manufacturing or a related field.

Operator starting Pay $20.10

2nd Shift: $2.50 shift Premium, $2000 Retention Bonus

3rd Shift: $3.00 Shift Premium, $2000 Retention Bonus

Openings on 2nd Shift - Earn $2.50 More Per Hour at DECO - Approximately $5,200 more per year

As a Die Cast Machine Operator, you will:

Operate and monitor zinc die cast machines
Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues
Safely handle molten zinc and production materials
Inspect parts for quality
Work with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams

Mon Thru Thurs 3pm to 11pm

Friday operations end at 8pm: 12pm to 8pm OR 3pm to 8pm

37 or 40 hour work week

2nd Shift Mon Thru Thurs 3 PM to 11 PM - FRI 12 PM to 8 PM
3rd Shift: 4 X 10 / Mon Thru Thurs 9 PM to 7 AM OR 11 PM to 9 AM
37 or 40 hour work week
