What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment throughout our manufacturing facility to keep production operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
  • Test equipment and make adjustments to improve performance
  • Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance tasks
  • Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipment safely
  • Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Experience maintaining automation and production equipment
  • Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work safely around machinery, heat, noise, and manufacturing processes
