We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and driven Β Operations Manager to serve as the connection between our Store Operations team, field leadership, and corporate business partners. The schedule varies and may include occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to store locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities We Need You to Perform

  • Manage and coordinate store-facing communications to ensure teams receive clear, consistent, and actionable information.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to prioritize initiatives, reduce communication overload, and improve operational execution.
  • Support company projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Maintain operational calendars and track key initiatives, promotions, deployments, and business priorities.
  • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, business updates, and operational summaries that provide visibility into project progress and organizational priorities.
  • Gather feedback from store teams and leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement and process enhancements.
  • Own and maintain operational documentation, SharePoint resources, procedures, and knowledge management tools.
  • Support engagement initiatives including newsletters, recognition programs, operational updates, and best-practice sharing across the organization.
  • Assist leadership in driving operational excellence, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Here's What Skills We Need You to Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of retail operations, business operations, project management, or multi-unit retail leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in furniture, specialty retail, or customer-focused retail environments is a plus.

Pay Range: $100,000 to $125,000 annually plus up to a 12% target bonus
