Facility Foreman – Deer Trail, CO

Summary
The Facility Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the facility while ensuring all Health & Safety, compliance, and operational standards are met. Foreman – Updated Must-Haves

• Strong electrical experience is required – candidate needs to be comfortable performing hands-on electrical work and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Industrial maintenance experience – experience maintaining and repairing equipment in an industrial, plant, landfill, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience – ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs rather than only basic maintenance.
• Hands-on leadership experience – able to lead employees while still being willing to work alongside the crew when needed.
• Safety-focused – comfortable working in a highly regulated industrial environment and following PPE and safety requirements.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions – including both hot and cold temperatures.
• Flexible with schedule and weekend work – weekend work is common at the Deer Trail facility.

This position will handle all duties associated with the inspections and repairs of the treatment building and tanks at the Deer Trail landfill to keep them functioning within permit requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient operations and supporting team performance on site.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
