We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Collaboration Solutions to lead our Unified Communications team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, demonstrated leadership skills, and a proven track record in UC operations management. This position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of our unified communications portfolio of client offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Unified Communications (UC) team.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of all UC services.
- Design, implement, and manage UC solutions, with a primary focus on Cisco WebEx, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), and Cisco Contact Center Express (CCX).
- Develop and maintain UC policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex UC issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in UC technologies and processes.
- Assist with pre-sales activities related to selling our Hosted UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) offering, supporting the sales team in client engagements, solution design, and presentations.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for UC team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Unified Communications or related IT fields.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco WebEx, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), Cisco Contact Center Express (CCX), and Microsoft Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of UC architecture, deployment, and support.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft TEAMS Calling or similar cloud-based UC solutions.
- Relevant Cisco or Microsoft certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, MCSE: Productivity).
