Demolition Laborer

RA Holdings, through our AIM Services Inc branch, is looking for Demolition Laborers.

Company-Branch Overview:  AIM Services is one out of three branches that make up the RA Holdings family. AIM Services is an environmental, abatement, remediation, HAZMAT, and demolition contractor founded in 2003. They are a SWaM-certified small business with offices located in Virginia, Maryland, District of Colombia, North Carolina, and projected growth across the East Coast. Their teams provide specialty contracting services within government, maritime/shipboard, industrial, commercial, and residential projects within a region. Job Title: Demolition Laborer

Job Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will first start as a Laborer to understand the team dynamic and learn the job scope.
• Perform general demolition labor on military, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
• Assist with removal of building materials, structures, and debris during demolition operations.
• This position leads into a Team Lead path by leading and motivating a team of Laborers through specialized removal or tear down of buildings.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate team members, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently. 
• Ensure proper disposal, and proper utilization of PPE to stay safe at all times within military, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper debris removal and site organization.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor and indoor construction environments.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations on active construction sites.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills in demolition and construction.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have the Real ID.
• Must be able to pass background checks for military base access.
• Must have a Driver’s License and meet requirements to get into company policy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while leading a team.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Location:

• Richmond, VA

Pay:

• $22-$25hr DOE
